Terms of Service & App EULA

These Terms of Service and End User Licence Agreement (“Terms”, “Agreement”, or “EULA”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, the “user”) and Forestgate Global Advisor, operator of Yogi AI (“Yogi AI”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

They govern your access to and use of all versions of the Service: the website at yogiai.live, the Yogi AI iOS application distributed through the Apple App Store, the Yogi AI Android applicationdistributed through Google Play, and our APIs, features, and content (together, the “Service”), which provide AI-assisted Vedic astrology readings, birth-chart (kundali) generation, dashboards, personalised guidance, and optional live voice conversations.

By downloading, installing, creating an account, making a payment, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the Service.

Please read Sections 11–15 (payments, platform purchases, auto-renewal, refunds), Sections 7–9 (AI, astrology and professional-advice disclaimers), Sections 31–32 (disclaimers and limitation of liability) and Sections 36–38 (governing law, grievances and disputes) carefully. They limit our liability, describe recurring charges that will be debited from your payment method until you cancel, and affect how disputes are resolved.
